Age 17 and older, 16 with written parental consent
Weight Minimum 110 pounds
General Health Feeling well and healthy day of donation

56 days Whole blood to whole blood
56 days Whole blood to apheresis
48 hours Aphaeresis to whole blood
56 days Plasmapheresis to whole blood

Ampicillin not taken within 3 days
Amoxicillin not taken within 3 days
Augmentin not taken within 3 days
Keflex not taken within 3 days
Tetracycline not taken within 3 days (Exception: standard preventative dose for Acne)
Isoniazid (INH) not taken within past 6 months
Avodart(Dutasteride) not taken within past 6 months
Coumadin not taken within past 3 months
Accutane (Isotetinoin) not taken within past 4 weeks
Proscar(Finasteride) not taken within past 4 weeks
Propecia not taken within past 4 weeks
Cytoxan not taken within past 4 weeks
Immuran not taken within past 4 weeks
Methtrexate not taken within past 4 weeks
Soriatane(Acitretin) not taken within past 3 years
Factor Concentrates not ever taken
Human Pituitary-Derived Growth Hormone not ever taken
Tegison (Etretinate) not ever taken
