B'rachot, 2002-2003 Part of the Bet class curriculum includes the study of Brachot (blessings) -- praises of God written by ordinary people about both the ordinary and the extraordinary experiences that we share as human beings and as Jews. B'rachot help us to connect with God and to transform the experiences into holy events. Students in the 2002-2003 Bet Hebrew classes studied the form of b'rachot in class (in Hebrew), then used their knowledge to write their own b'rachot in English. Here are some of the results.
