Learning at Beth Emet, for children and adults, involves asking questions, thinking critically and relating ideas and information to our current understandings and lives. Beth Emet fosters and attracts learners who are curious, passionate about meaning in life, interested in the past, and builders of the future. Most important, learning at Beth Emet is active and engaging.
Beth Emet congregants strive to integrate their knowledge of Judaism into their lives, through values, conversations, rituals, spiritual practice, social justice, and more learning. Our community is diverse and we are encouraged to have an opinion; thus agreement and debate are both welcome. Our learners are encouraged to identify areas in Judaism they would like to explore.
