The Bruce Gordon Memorial Library
The Bruce Gordon Memorial Library is a treasure trove of rich resources that spans across a wide variety of subjects. The library has reference books, current magazines and other materials available for perusal or check-out.
Our library is maintained by a dedicated group of volunteers with library science experience.
Library Books Seeking New Homes! August 2 - 9, 2013
You may have seen some extra activity in Beth Emet’s Bruce Gordon Memorial Library. This summer we have formed a corps of volunteers and two teenagers to refresh the Library and are taking books from the shelves that aren’t likely to be circulated. We are offering them to congregants, who may find a special book for their own collection, and hoping that a small donation be made. The money that is collected from this ‘sale’ will be used to improve the Library and its collection and make it a pleasant space with timely books.
In the Foyer from Friday, August 2, through Friday, August 9’s service, there will be some of the books for you to look through. We would be delighted to find a loving home for many of them! Stop by and peruse.
