Kol Emet: The Jewish Music Project
Klaus Georg sings Mario Castelnuovo-Tedesco

Beth Emet Choir Director Klaus Georg will present a vocal recital based on his studies of the music of Italian Jewish composer Mario Castelnuovo-Tedesco. Klaus Georg is completing his Doctor of Music at Northwestern University. He will present us with a musical lecture and sampling of music by his thesis subject, Mario Castelnuovo-Tedesco, a twentieth century Italian composerwho feld Italy in 1939 and eventually settled in California. Join us as we explore the music of Castelnuovo-Tedesco and other Jewish musicians and poets.
