Beyond Om: Spiritual Practice for the Jewish Soul
This is a program for those interested in deepening their spiritual life in a Jewish context. The curriculum is written by the Institute for Jewish Spirituality entitled Vetaher Libeynu (Purify our Hearts), and the program combines prayer, meditation, study and discussion, particularly emphasizing the teachings of early Hasidism and the practice of meditation. Beyond Om meets once a month on Shabbat afternoon for seudah shlishit (the third meal of Shabbat) and concludes with Havdalah.
New participants are always welcome. This class meets at Rabbi London’s home.
